Draupadī berkata: “Pada permulaan penciptaan yang paling awal, para resi telah menyatakan bahawa hanya Engkau sahajalah Prajāpati—Tuan segala makhluk—pencipta segala alam. Demikianlah pandangan yang dipertimbangkan oleh resi Asita-Devala.”
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse grounds moral and religious authority in the testimony of ancient seers: the supreme lord is affirmed as the single source of creation and the ruler of beings, encouraging reverence, humility, and trust in a cosmic moral order.
Draupadī addresses a revered divine figure, invoking primordial tradition and the opinion of the sage Asita-Devala to affirm that he alone was called Prajāpati and the creator of all worlds, thereby strengthening her appeal through scriptural/ṛṣi authority.
