मैत्रेयागमनम् — The Arrival of Maitreya and the Admonition to Duryodhana

तावन्योन्यं समा श्लिष्य प्रकर्षन्तौ परस्परम्‌ | उभावपि चकाशे ते प्रवृद्धौ वृषभाविव,वे दोनों वीर परस्पर भिड़ गये और दोनों दोनोंको खींचने लगे। दो हृष्ट-पुष्ट साँड़ोंकी भाँति परस्पर भिड़े हुए उन दोनों योद्धाओंकी बड़ी शोभा हो रही थी

tāv anyonyaṃ samāśliṣya prakarṣantau parasparam | ubhāv api cakāśe te pravṛddhau vṛṣabhāv iva ||

Kedua-duanya berpaut erat, saling menarik dan mengheret dengan kekuatan. Dalam pergumulan itu, kedua pahlawan tampak gagah—seperti dua ekor lembu jantan dewasa yang perkasa bertembung—masing-masing menguji tenaga lawan tanpa mengalah.
