शुक्ला वदान्या ह्वीमन्त आर्या: पुण्याभिजातय: । अन्योन्यसचिवा राजंस्तान्‌ पाहि महतो भयात्‌,राजन! ये सब नरेश शुद्ध, उदार, लज्जाशील, श्रेष्ठ, पवित्र कुलोंमें उत्पन्न और एक- दूसरेके सहायक हैं। आप इन सबकी महान्‌ भयसे रक्षा कीजिये

śuklā vadānyā hrīmantā āryāḥ puṇyābhijātayaḥ | anyonya-sacivā rājan tān pāhi mahato bhayāt ||

Vaiśampāyana berkata: “Wahai Raja, mereka itu suci dalam tingkah laku, pemurah, tahu malu, dan mulia—lahir daripada keturunan yang berbudi serta saling menjadi penolong. Lindungilah mereka semua daripada bahaya besar ini.”
