कुरुसभायां केशवागमन-सत्कारविधानम् / Preparations to Honor Keśava at the Kuru Court
प्रादुरासीन्न्महाउ्छब्द: खे शरीरमदृश्यत । सर्वेषु राजन देशेषु ला भवत्,महाराज! फिर बड़े कोलाहल होने लगा। आकाशमें सब ओर मनुष्यकी-सी आकृति दिखायी देने लगी। सम्पूर्ण देशोंमें यह अद्भुत-सी बात दिखायी दी
prādurāsīn mahā-ucchabdaḥ khe śarīram adṛśyata | sarveṣu rājan deśeṣu lābhavat mahārāja ||
Vaiśaṃpāyana berkata: Tiba-tiba bangkitlah hiruk-pikuk yang dahsyat, dan di langit terlihat suatu wujud menyerupai manusia. Wahai Raja, wahai Raja Agung, di seluruh negeri dan wilayah, kejadian ganjil lagi menakjubkan itu pun terserlah—suatu alamat buruk yang merebak ke mana-mana.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
