अध्याय ७५ — दैव-पुरुषकार-समन्वयः

Reconciling Contingency and Human Effort

उत वा मां न जानासि प्लवन्‌ हृद इवाप्लवे

uta vā māṃ na jānāsi plavan hṛda ivāplave

Atau adakah engkau tidak mengenal aku—seperti seorang perenang di sungai yang, tatkala tiada jeram cetek untuk menyeberang, tetap juga mesti mara? Kata-kata Bhīma membawa cabaran moral yang tajam: dalam krisis yang tiada jalan mudah, jangan berpura-pura tidak tahu atau mengelak tanggungjawab; hadapilah keadaan dengan keberanian dan kejernihan.
