Udyoga Parva, Adhyaya 52: Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Appraisal of Pāṇḍava Strength and the Case for Restraint
यश्न सेन्द्रानिमॉल्लोकानिच्छन् कुर्याद् वशे बली । स स््रष्टा जगत: कृष्ण: पाण्डवानां जये धृत:
yaśna sendrān imāṁl lokān icchan kuryād vaśe balī | sa sraṣṭā jagataḥ kṛṣṇaḥ pāṇḍavānāṁ jaye dhṛtaḥ ||
Dhṛtarāṣṭra berkata: “Seorang yang perkasa, demi menginginkan kemasyhuran, mungkin berhasrat menundukkan seluruh alam—bersama Indra—ke bawah kuasanya. Namun Kṛṣṇa, pencipta jagat raya, berdiri teguh berazam untuk kemenangan Pāṇḍava.”
