वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse underscores the inevitability of consequences when adharma drives a conflict: once war is embraced, preparedness and resolve follow, and those aligned with wrongdoing are portrayed as unable to withstand the righteous and capable hero (Arjuna).
The speaker urges that the forces be properly arranged for battle and predicts that the Kaurava side will not be able to maintain their position when they face Arjuna, highlighting his decisive presence in the coming confrontation.
