धृतराष्ट्रस्य वंशोपदेशः
Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Dynastic Counsel on Legitimate Rule
दीयतां पाण्डुपुत्रेभ्यो राज्यार्धमरिकर्शन । सममाचार्यक॑ तात तव तेषां च मे सदा,'शत्रुसूदन! तुम पाण्डवोंका आधा राज्य दे दो। तात! मेरा यह आचार्यत्व तुम्हारे और पाण्डवोंके लिये सदा समान है
dīyatāṃ pāṇḍuputrebhyo rājyārdham arikarṣaṇa | samam ācāryakaṃ tāta tava teṣāṃ ca me sadā ||
Vāyu berkata: “Wahai penunduk musuh, berikanlah kepada putera-putera Pāṇḍu separuh kerajaan. Wahai anakku, kedudukanku sebagai guru sentiasa tidak memihak—sama rata terhadapmu dan terhadap mereka.”
