युधिष्ठिरो मया दृष्टो ग्रसमानो वसुन्धराम्‌ | त्वया दत्तामिमां व्यक्त भोक्ष्यते स वसुन्धराम्‌,“मैंने यह भी देखा कि युधिष्ठिर इस पृथ्वीको अपना ग्रास बनाये जा रहे हैं; अतः यह निश्चित है कि आपकी दी हुई वसुन्धराका वे ही उपभोग करेंगे

sañjaya uvāca | yudhiṣṭhiro mayā dṛṣṭo grasamāno vasundharām | tvayā dattām imāṃ vyakta bhokṣyate sa vasundharām ||

Sañjaya berkata: “Aku melihat Yudhiṣṭhira seolah-olah menelan bumi ini. Maka nyata dan pasti: dialah—dialah sahaja—yang akan menikmati serta memerintah bumi yang engkau kurniakan.”
