Udyoga-parva 10

तस्माद्‌ विनिश्चयमिमं शृणुध्व॑ त्रेदिवौकस: । विष्णो: क्षयमुपागम्य समेत्य च महात्मना । तेन सम्मन्त्रय वेत्स्थामो वधोपायं दुरात्मन:,अतः देवताओ! इस विषयमें मेरे इस निश्चयको सुनो। हमलोग भगवान्‌ विष्णुके धाममें चलें और उन परमात्मासे मिलकर उन्हींसे सलाह करके उस दुरात्माके वधका उपाय जानें

tasmād viniścayam imaṃ śṛṇudhva tredivaukasaḥ | viṣṇoḥ kṣayam upāgamya sametya ca mahātmanā | tena sammantraya vetsyāmo vadhopāyaṃ durātmanaḥ ||

Maka, wahai para penghuni tiga syurga, dengarlah ketetapan teguhku ini: marilah kita pergi ke kediaman Viṣṇu dan, setelah bertemu dengan Yang Maha Agung itu, bermusyawarah dengannya. Dengan bimbingannya, kita akan mengetahui jalan untuk membinasakan makhluk durjana itu.
