तृतीयं पारणं प्राप्प द्वादशाहफलं लभेत् । वसत्यमरसंकाशो वर्षाण्ययुतशो दिवि
tṛtīyaṃ pāraṇaṃ prāpya dvādaśāhaphalaṃ labhet | vasaty amarasaṅkāśo varṣāṇy ayutaśo divi ||
Vaiśampāyana berkata: “Setelah menyempurnakan pāraṇa yang ketiga, seseorang memperoleh pahala setara dengan upacara korban suci selama dua belas hari. Bercahaya laksana para dewa abadi, ia bersemayam di syurga selama puluhan ribu tahun.”
