धृतराष्ट्रस्य मूर्च्छा—व्यासोपदेशः
Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Collapse and Vyāsa’s Counsel
यतितं धर्मपुत्रेण मया गुहे निवेदिते । अविग्रहे कौरवाणां दैवं तु बलवत्तरम्
yatitaṁ dharmaputreṇa mayā guhe nivedite | avigrahe kauravāṇāṁ daivaṁ tu balavattaram ||
Vyāsa berkata: “Walaupun Dharmaputra telah berusaha menegakkan perdamaian, dan walaupun aku sendiri menyampaikan usul itu secara rahsia, kaum Kaurava tetap tidak mahu berdamai—kerana dalam hal ini, takdir ternyata lebih berkuasa.”
