भवत्प्रतीक्ष: कृष्णोडसौ धर्मराज महाद्युते । यदत्रानन्तरं कृत्यं तद्‌ भवान्‌ कर्तुमहति,“महातेजस्वी धर्मराज! भगवान्‌ श्रीकृष्ण आपकी ही प्रतीक्षा कर रहे हैं। अब आप जो उचित समझें, वह कार्य कर सकते हैं"

bhavat-pratīkṣaḥ kṛṣṇo 'sau dharmarāja mahādyute | yad atrānantaraṃ kṛtyaṃ tad bhavān kartum arhati ||

Vaiśampāyana berkata: “Wahai Dharmarāja yang bercahaya, Tuhan Kṛṣṇa sedang menantikan tuanku. Kini, apa jua yang patut dilakukan seterusnya dalam keadaan ini, tuankulah yang layak memutuskan dan melaksanakannya.”
