दानपात्रापात्र-निर्णयः / Determining Worthy Gifts, Recipients, and Permissible Food
सुह्ृदामस्मदादीनां द्रौपद्याश्व॒ परंतप । कुरु प्रियममित्रध्न लोकस्य च हितं कुरु,शत्रुओंको मारने और संताप देनेवाले नरेश! इन महामना ब्राह्मणोंका प्रिय करनेके लिये भी आपको इनकी बात मान लेनी चाहिये। आप अमित तेजस्वी गुरुदेव व्यासकी आज्ञासे हम सुहृदोंका और द्रौपदीका प्रिय कीजिये तथा सम्पूर्ण जगत्के हितसाधनमें लग जाइये
suhṛdām asmad-ādīnāṁ draupadyāś ca parantapa | kuru priyaṁ amitradhn lokasya ca hitaṁ kuru ||
Vāyu berkata: “Wahai pembakar musuh, wahai pembunuh seteru—bertindaklah sehingga menyenangkan para sahabat setia seperti kami, dan juga Draupadī. Lakukanlah apa yang dikasihi oleh dharma, dan tumpukan dirimu pada kebajikan seluruh dunia.”
