Nāga-āyatana-darśana-pratīkṣā — The Brāhmaṇa’s Request and Waiting on the Gomatī

तेडर्चयन्ति सदा देवं तै: सार्थ रमते च सः । प्रियभक्तो हि भगवान्‌ परमात्मा द्विजप्रिय:,वे सदा उन नारायणदेवकी पूजा-अर्चा करते रहते हैं और भगवान्‌ भी सदा उनके साथ प्रसन्नतापूर्वक क्रीड़ा करते रहते हैं। भगवानको अपने भक्त बहुत ही प्रिय हैं तथा वे परमात्मा श्रीहरि ब्राह्मणोंके भी प्रेमी हैं

te 'rcayanti sadā devaṃ taiḥ sārthaṃ ramate ca saḥ | priyabhakto hi bhagavān paramātmā dvijapriyaḥ ||

Narada berkata: “Mereka sentiasa menyembah Tuhan, dan Tuhan pun, dengan sukacita, bersenda-gurau dalam kebersamaan mereka. Kerana Yang Terberkati—Diri Tertinggi—amat mengasihi para bhakta yang penuh kasih, dan Dia juga mengasihi golongan ‘dua kali lahir’ (para brahmin).”
