Atithi-prāpti and the Brāhmaṇa’s Deliberation on Triadic Dharma (अतिथिप्राप्तिः धर्मत्रयविचारश्च)
ते रुद्रा: प्रकृतिश्वैव सर्वे चैव सुरर्षय: । उत्पन्ना लोकसिद्धयर्थ ब्रह्माणं समुपस्थिता:,वे ग्यारह रुद्र, आठ प्रकृति और समस्त देवर्षिगण, जो लोकरक्षाके लिये उत्पन्न हुए थे, ब्रह्माजीकी सेवामें उपस्थित हुए
te rudrāḥ prakṛtiś caiva sarve caiva surarṣayaḥ | utpannā lokasiddhyarthaṁ brahmāṇaṁ samupasthitāḥ ||
Vaiśampāyana berkata: Para Rudra itu, demikian juga Prakṛti-Prakṛti, bersama segala resi ilahi—yang terlahir demi menegakkan dan memelihara tertib dunia—datang menghadap dan berdiri berkhidmat di hadapan Brahmā.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
Even the greatest cosmic powers are portrayed as servants of dharma: they arise with a purpose—establishing and protecting the world’s order—and therefore submit themselves to rightful authority (Brahmā) to carry out that duty.
Vaiśampāyana narrates that the Rudras, the personified Prakṛtis, and the divine sages—created for the world’s welfare—approach Brahmā and stand before him in attendance, signaling readiness to act according to his command.
