यस्य नोपहता बुद्धिर्निश्चये हवलम्बते । स्वर्गे कृतावकाशस्य नास्ति तस्य महद्‌ भयम्‌,जिसकी बुद्धि दूषित न होकर दृढ़ निश्चयका सहारा लेती है, उसने स्वर्गमें अपने लिये स्थान बना लिया है। उसे नरकका महान्‌ भय नहीं प्राप्त होता

Transliteration

yasya nopahatā buddhir niścaye hy avalambate | svarge kṛtāvakāśasya nāsti tasya mahad bhayam ||

Translation

Vyāsa bersabda: Sesiapa yang akalnya tidak tercemar dan bersandar pada tekad yang teguh, dia telah pun memperoleh tempat bagi dirinya di syurga; baginya tiada ketakutan besar terhadap neraka.
