देवतापितृप्रश्नः — Nārada at Badarīāśrama: the ultimate referent of daiva and pitṛ worship

यथेह यत्‌ कृत॑ शुभं विपाप्मभि: कृतात्मभि: । तदाप्रुवन्ति मानवास्तथा विशुद्धयोनय:,निष्पाप पुण्यात्मा पुरुषोंद्वारा इस लोकमें जो शुभ कर्म सम्पादित होता है, जन्मान्तरमें विशुद्ध योनिमें जन्म लेकर उसका वैसा ही फल पाते हैं

yatheha yat kṛtaṁ śubhaṁ vipāpmabhiḥ kṛtātmabhiḥ | tad āpnuvanti mānavās tathā viśuddha-yonayaḥ ||

Vyāsa berkata: “Sebagaimana di dunia ini jiwa yang suci dan bebas dosa melakukan perbuatan yang baik lagi membawa berkat, demikianlah manusia memperoleh hasil yang sepadan—lahir semula dalam rahim yang disucikan, dalam keadaan hidup yang lebih tinggi dan tanpa noda.”
