(Pralaya Process) — Guṇa-Withdrawal and Pratisaṃcara
śakra uvāca bhūtānām iha yo vai tvāṁ mayā vinihitāṁ satīm | upahanyāt sa me dhṛṣyas tathā śṛṇvantu me vacaḥ ||
Harming a protected and virtuous person is not merely a personal wrong but a direct violation of the protector’s dharma and authority; ethical restraint is demanded, and the community is called to listen and comply.
Śakra (Indra) speaks as a guardian figure, declaring that anyone who assaults the virtuous woman placed under his protection would be daring an offense against him, and he summons others to heed his directive.
