भूमिरेव मनुष्येषु धारिणी भूतभाविनी । सा ते पादं तितिक्षेत समर्था हीति मे मति:,मेरी यह धारणा है कि मनुष्यलोकमें सम्पूर्ण भूतोंको उत्पन्न करनेवाली यह पृथ्वी ही सबको धारण करती है। वह तुम्हारे पैरका भार सह सकेगी; क्योंकि वह सामर्थ्यशालिनी है
bhūmir eva manuṣyeṣu dhāriṇī bhūta-bhāvinī | sā te pādaṃ titikṣeta samarthā hīti me matiḥ ||
Śakra berkata: “Di alam manusia, Bumi sahajalah—dia yang menanggung segala-galanya dan melahirkan semua makhluk—yang menyokong semua. Pada pertimbanganku, dialah yang benar-benar mampu menahan berat tapak kakimu.”
