श्रीझवाच स्थास्यामि नित्य देवेन्द्र यथा त्वयि निबोध तत्‌ | विधिना वेददृष्टेन चतुर्धा विभजस्व माम्‌

Transliteration

śrīr uvāca: sthāsyāmi nityaṁ devendra yathā tvayi nibodha tat | vidhinā vedadṛṣṭena caturdhā vibhajasva mām ||

Translation

Śrī (Lakṣmī) berkata: “Wahai Devendra, dengarlah dan fahamilah jalan agar aku dapat sentiasa tinggal bersamamu. Menurut ketetapan yang disahkan oleh Veda, bahagikanlah aku kepada empat bahagian.”
