शकुनि (हिरण्मय-पक्षी) उपदेशः — Vighasāśin and the Difficulty of Gārhasthya
तानाबभाषे भगवान् पक्षी भूत्वा हिरण्मय: । सुदुष्करं मनुष्यैश्व यत् कृतं विघसाशिभि:
tān ābabhāṣe bhagavān pakṣī bhūtvā hiraṇmayaḥ | suduṣkaraṃ manuṣyaiś ca yat kṛtaṃ vighasāśibhiḥ ||
Dengan mengambil rupa seekor burung emas yang bercahaya, Yang Mulia bertitah kepada mereka: “Apa yang telah dicapai oleh para insan mulia yang hidup dengan sisa persembahan korban (yajña) amatlah sukar dilakukan oleh manusia biasa. Laku mereka menyucikan dan cara hidup mereka unggul; berpegang teguh pada dharma, mereka telah menunaikan tujuan dan mencapai haluan yang tertinggi.”
