Sañjaya berkata: Kemudian semua raja itu pun berangkat menuju tempat bermalam, dengan gembira meniup sangkakala mereka—berlengan gagah seperti belantan besi—bersorak dalam semangat perang.
संजय उवाच
The verse highlights the intoxicating momentum of war: rulers, thrilled and unified in outward display (conches, strength), move toward their encampment. Ethically, it hints at how power and excitement can dull discernment, setting the stage for further violence unless restrained by dharma.
Sañjaya reports that the assembled kings/warriors depart together to take up their quarters, sounding conches in celebration and confidence, portrayed as strong-armed fighters ready for the next developments of the campaign.
