अमि्मिंस्तीर्थवरे स्नात्वा स्कन्द चाभ्यर्च्य लाड्ली । ब्राह्मणेभ्यो ददौ रुक्मं वासांस्याभरणानि च
asmiṁs tīrthavare snātvā skandaṁ cābhyarcya lāṅgalī | brāhmaṇebhyo dadau rukmaṁ vāsāṁsy ābharaṇāni ca ||
Vaiśampāyana berkata: Di tempat penyeberangan suci yang paling mulia itu, Haladhara Balarāma mandi, memuja Skanda, lalu mengurniakan kepada para brāhmaṇa emas, pakaian, dan perhiasan.
