कार्त्तिकेयाभिषेकः — Consecration of Kārttikeya and the Enumeration of His Retinue
स ददर्श महावीर्य देवदेवमुमापतिम् । शैलपुत्र्या समासीनं भूतसंघशतैर्वृतम्,कुमारने देखा कि सैकड़ों भूतसंघोंसे घिरे हुए महापराक्रमी देवाधिदेव उमापति गिरिराजनन्दिनी उमाके साथ पास ही बैठे हुए हैं
sa dadarśa mahāvīryaṃ devadevam umāpatim | śailaputryā samāsīnaṃ bhūtasaṅghaśatair vṛtam ||
Vaiśampāyana berkata: Dia melihat Tuhan segala tuhan yang maha perkasa, Umāpati (Śiva), duduk berdekatan dengan dewi yang lahir dari gunung (Umā), dikelilingi oleh ratusan rombongan makhluk.
