परिष्वज्य तदा राम: पाण्डवान् सहसृज्जयान् | अपृच्छत् कुशल सर्वान् पार्थिवांशक्षामितौजस:,उस समय बलरामजीने पाण्डवों, सुंजयों तथा अमित बलशाली सम्पूर्ण भूपालोंको हृदयसे लगाकर उनका कुशल-मंगल पूछा
pariṣvajya tadā rāmaḥ pāṇḍavān sahasṛjjayān | apṛcchat kuśalaṁ sarvān pārthivān kṣāmitaujasaḥ ||
Sañjaya berkata: Kemudian Rāma (Balarāma), yang menahan diri namun berdaya besar, memeluk para Pāṇḍava bersama Saṃjaya yang menang; lalu baginda bertanya khabar kesejahteraan semua raja.
