Kṛpa’s Counsel to Duryodhana
गान्धारराजं शीघ्रास्त्रमनुसृत्य यशस्विनौ । अचिरात् प्रत्यदृश्येतां माद्रीपुत्रो ससात्यकी,सात्यकिसहित यशस्वी माद्रीकुमार नकुल और सहदेव शीघ्रतापूर्वक अस्त्र चलानेवाले गान्धारराज शकुनिका तुरंत पीछा करते हुए दिखायी दिये
sañjaya uvāca |
gāndhārarājaṃ śīghrāstram anusṛtya yaśasvinau |
acirāt pratyadṛśyetāṃ mādrīputro sasātyakiḥ ||
Sañjaya berkata: Mengejar raja Gāndhāra, Śakuni, yang pantas dalam penggunaan senjata, dua putera Mādrī yang termasyhur—bersama Sātyaki—segera kelihatan.
संजय उवाच

Sañjaya reports that Nakula and Sahadeva (the sons of Mādrī), accompanied by Sātyaki, quickly appear while chasing Śakuni, the king of Gāndhāra, who is described as rapid in weapon-use.
