संवाहयितवांश्वापि राजदारानू् पुरं प्रति । तत्पश्चात् उसने रथपर बैठाकर तुरंत ही अपने घोड़े बढ़ाये और राजकुलकी स्त्रियोंको राजधानीमें पहुँचा दिया
saṃvāhayitavāṃś cāpi rājadarān puraṃ prati | tatpaścāt sa rathopari āropya tūrṇaṃ svān aśvān pravartayāmāsa, rājakuṭumbastriyaś ca rājadhānīṃ prāpitaḥ |
Sañjaya berkata: Dia juga mengiringi para wanita diraja menuju ke kota. Sesudah itu, dia segera menaikkan mereka ke atas rata, terus memacu kuda-kudanya, dan memastikan wanita-wanita dalam istana dibawa dengan selamat ke ibu kota. Saat ini menegaskan kewajipan seorang pahlawan untuk melindungi yang lemah walaupun di tengah huru-hara perang.
