धृतराष्ट्र-संजय-संवादः — दुर्योधनस्य ह्रदप्रवेशः
Dhṛtarāṣṭra–Saṃjaya Dialogue: Duryodhana’s Entry into the Lake
ततो गान्धारकैर्गुप्तं पुष्ठैरश्वैर्जये धृतम्
tato gāndhārakair guptaṃ pṛṣṭhair aśvair jaye dhṛtam
Sañjaya berkata: Kemudian dia dilindungi oleh para pahlawan Gandhāra, dan dibawa mara dalam arus kemenangan oleh kuda-kuda pantas dari belakang—terlindung ketika gelombang perang beralih, suatu peringatan bahawa dalam perang, bahkan yang perkasa pun bergantung pada pengawal setia dan sokongan yang berdisiplin.
