Daiva–Puruṣakāra Saṃvāda
Kṛpa’s Counsel on Destiny and Human Effort
न हि दैवेन सिध्यन्ति कार्याण्येकेन सत्तम । न चापि कर्मणैकेन द्वाभ्यां सिद्धस्तु योगत:
na hi daivena sidhyanti kāryāṇy ekena sattama | na cāpi karmaṇaikena dvābhyāṃ siddhas tu yogataḥ ||
Kripa berkata: “Wahai insan terbaik, sesuatu usaha tidak berjaya dengan takdir semata-mata; dan tidak juga berjaya dengan usaha manusia semata-mata. Kejayaan sesungguhnya tercapai melalui pertemuan yang tepat antara kedua-duanya.”
