Vidura’s Report and Portents
विदुर उवाच परं भयं पश्यत भीमसेनात् तद् बुध्यध्वं धृतराष्ट्रस्य पुत्रा: । दैवेरितो नूनमयं पुरस्तात् परो5नयो भरतेषूदपादि,विदुरजीने कहा--धृतराष्ट्रके पुत्रो! देखो, भीमसेनसे यह बड़ा भारी भय उपस्थित हो गया है। इसपर ध्यान दो। निश्चय ही प्रारब्धकी प्रेरणासे ही भरतवंशियोंके समक्ष यह महान् अन्याय उत्पन्न हुआ है
vidura uvāca | paraṁ bhayaṁ paśyata bhīmasenāt tad budhyadhvaṁ dhṛtarāṣṭrasya putrāḥ | daiverito nūnam ayaṁ purastāt paro 'nayo bharateṣūd apādi ||
Vidura berkata: “Lihatlah—bahaya besar sedang timbul daripada Bhīmasena. Ambillah ini ke dalam hati, wahai putera-putera Dhṛtarāṣṭra. Sesungguhnya, didorong oleh takdir, suatu ketidakadilan besar telah pun terserlah di hadapan kaum Bharata.”
