सभा-पर्यवसान-प्रस्थानवचनम् | Counsel at the Point of Departure

भीष्म उवाच उक्तवानस्मि कल्याणि धर्मस्य परमा गति: । लोके न शक्‍्यते ज्ञातुमपि विज्ञैर्महात्मभि:

bhīṣma uvāca: uktavān asmi kalyāṇi dharmasya paramā gatiḥ | loke na śakyate jñātum api vijñair mahātmabhiḥ ||

Bhīṣma berkata: “Wahai wanita mulia, telah kukatakan bahawa perjalanan dharma itu amat halus. Di dunia ini ia tidak dapat diketahui sepenuhnya—bahkan oleh orang bijaksana dan jiwa-jiwa agung sekalipun.”
