Renewed Summons to the Dice-Game and Exile Wager
Public power without restraint becomes self-destructive: when rulers and courtiers violate basic dignity and dharma—especially by humiliating the innocent—their prosperity cannot endure, and ruin follows as a moral consequence.
After the dice-game crisis, the Kaurava court orders that the princess be brought into the royal assembly. Prātikāmin conveys this summons and, seeing the shamelessness of the act, warns that such degradation signals the imminent destruction of the Kauravas.
