नारदं प्रत्युवाचेदं धर्मराजो महामना: । सभा: कथय ता: सर्वा: श्रोतुमिच्छामहे वयम्‌,नारदजीके ऐसा कहनेपर भाइयों तथा सम्पूर्ण श्रेष्ठ ब्राह्मणोंके साथ महामनस्वी धर्मराज युधिष्ठिरने हाथ जोड़कर उनसे इस प्रकार कहा--“महर्ष! हम सभी दिव्य सभाओंका वर्णन सुनना चाहते हैं। आप उनके विषयमें सब बातें बताइये

Transliteration

nāradaṃ pratyuvācedaṃ dharmarājo mahāmanāḥ | sabhāḥ kathaya tāḥ sarvāḥ śrotum icchāmahe vayam ||

Translation

Menjawab Nārada, Dharmarāja Yudhiṣṭhira yang berhati luhur berkata: “Wahai resi, jelaskanlah segala balairung perhimpunan di alam dewa itu. Kami ingin mendengarnya dengan lengkap.”
