Vaiśampāyana berkata: Setelah berkata demikian, Asura itu, wahai Pārtha, berangkat menuju arah timur laut. Kemudian, setelah melalui bahagian utara Gunung Kailāsa, dia meneruskan perjalanan ke arah Gunung Maināka.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights resolve and follow-through: after speaking (and implicitly committing to a course of action), one proceeds decisively toward the intended goal. It also frames action within a meaningful landscape, where direction and sacred places underscore intentionality rather than aimless movement.
After finishing his statement, Maya the Asura departs toward the north-east. He travels north of Mount Kailāsa and heads toward Mount Maināka, indicating a deliberate journey to a specific mountainous region.
