किंकरै: सह रक्षोभियदरक्षन्महद्‌ धनम्‌ । तदगृह्लान्मयस्तत्र गत्वा सर्व महासुर:,बहुत-से किंकर तथा राक्षस जिस महान्‌ धनकी रक्षा करते थे, वहाँ जाकर महान्‌ असुर मयने वह सब ले लिया

Transliteration

kiṅkaraiḥ saha rakṣobhir yad arakṣan mahad dhanam | tad agṛhlān mayas tatra gatvā sarva mahāsuraḥ ||

Translation

Vaiśampāyana berkata: Harta besar yang dijaga oleh para pengiring dan rākṣasa itu—Maya, asura yang perkasa, pergi ke sana lalu merampas semuanya.
