त॑ विश्रान्तं शुभे देशे क्षणिनं कल्पमच्युतम् । धर्मराज: समागम्याज्ञापयत् स्वप्रयोजनम्,इसके बाद उन्होंने एक उत्तम भवनमें विश्राम किया। थोड़ी देर बाद जब वे मिलनेके योग्य हुए और इसके लिये उन्होंने अवसर निकाल लिया, तब धर्मराज युधिष्ठिरे आकर उनसे अपना सारा प्रयोजन बतलाया
taṁ viśrāntaṁ śubhe deśe kṣaṇinaṁ kalpam acyutam | dharmarājaḥ samāgamyājñāpayat svaprayojanam ||
Vaiśaṃpāyana berkata: Setelah Acyuta berehat seketika di tempat yang bertuah, Dharmarāja (Yudhiṣṭhira) mendekatinya lalu menyampaikan maksudnya sendiri—mengemukakan perkara yang perlu diselesaikan.
