Description of Brahmā’s Assembly and the Eminence of Hariścandra
The verse emphasizes dharmic reverence: even exalted celestial beings like the Pitṛs uphold a hierarchy of worship by honoring Brahmā, and it implicitly affirms the ethical importance of honoring ancestors and the sacred order connected with sacrifice and tradition.
Narada is describing the divine assembly: renowned classes of Pitṛs who dwell in heaven are present and, in a joyful mood, they worship the immensely radiant Brahmā within that सभा (court/assembly).
