Karṇa-vadha-pratyaya: Yudhiṣṭhira’s Verification of Karṇa’s Fall (कर्णवध-प्रत्ययः)
एतदू विस्तरशो युद्ध प्रब्रूहि कुशलो हासि । न हि तृप्यामि वीराणां शृण्वानो विक्रमान् रणे
etad ū vistaraso yuddhaṁ prabrūhi kuśalo hāsi | na hi tṛpyāmi vīrāṇāṁ śṛṇvāno vikramān raṇe, sūta |
Śalya berkata: “Ceritakanlah kepadaku kisah pertempuran ini dengan terperinci—engkau mahir dalam penceritaan. Kerana aku belum puas; apabila aku mendengar keberanian para pahlawan di medan laga, keinginanku untuk mendengar lagi tidak juga surut, wahai sais.”
