कर्णपरर्वणि त्रयोचत्वारिंशदध्यायः (Karṇa-parva Adhyāya 43) — Kṛṣṇa’s Battlefield Assessment and the Reversal Around Bhīma

यदन्यो<प्युक्तवान्‌ महां ब्राह्मण: कुरुसंसदि । शल्य! इस बातको याद कर लो। अभी तुमसे और भी बातें बताऊँगा, जिन्हें किसी दूसरे ब्राह्मणने कौरवसभामें स्वयं मुझसे कहा था-- || ३८ $ ।। युगन्धरे पयः पीत्वा प्रोष्य चाप्यच्युतस्थले

yad anyo 'py uktavān mahān brāhmaṇaḥ kuru-saṁsadi | śalya! idaṁ smara dhārayasva | adhunā tvāṁ prati bhūyo 'pi kathayiṣyāmi, yāni anyena brāhmaṇena kaurava-sabhāyāṁ svayam mama uktāni || yugandhare payaḥ pītvā proṣya cāpy acyuta-sthale

Karna berkata: “Śalya, ingatlah hal ini. Aku akan memberitahumu lagi—perkara yang pernah dikatakan kepadaku sendiri oleh seorang Brahmana yang agung dalam balairung perhimpunan kaum Kuru. Setelah meminum susu di Yugandhara dan juga singgah di tempat Acyuta…”
