Karṇa’s Pressure on the Pāñcālas; Duryodhana Disabled; Arjuna’s Counter-Advance
विडीनं परिडीनं च पराडीनं सुडीनकम् | अभिडीनं महाडीन॑ निर्डीनमतिडीनकम्
viḍīnaṃ pariḍīnaṃ ca parāḍīnaṃ suḍīnakam | abhiḍīnaṃ mahāḍīnaṃ nirḍīnam atiḍīnakam
Gagak itu berkata: “Aku telah menjadi amat melarat—luluh dan lemah dalam segala hal: jatuh ke dalam sengsara, tenggelam ke sengsara yang lebih dalam, terjun ke sengsara yang melampaui ukuran; sengsara, lebih sengsara lagi, sengsara yang besar; dilucutkan segala daya dan direndahkan ke kemiskinan yang paling parah.”
