कर्णेन युधिष्ठिरानीकविदारणम् / Karṇa’s Breach of Yudhiṣṭhira’s Battle-Line
एतच्छुत्वा ततो देवा वाक्यमुक्त महात्मना | गत्वा पितामहं देवा: प्रसाद्येदं वचो<ब्रुवन्,उन महात्माके कहे हुए इस वचनको सुनकर सब देवता ब्रह्माजीके पास गये और उन्हें प्रसन्न करके इस प्रकार बोले--
etac chrutvā tato devā vākyam uktaṁ mahātmanā | gatvā pitāmahaṁ devāḥ prasādya idaṁ vaco 'bruvan ||
Mendengar kata-kata yang diucapkan oleh insan berhati agung itu, para dewa pun pergi menghadap Pitāmaha (Brahmā). Setelah menenangkan dan memperkenankan baginda, mereka berkata demikian—
