कर्णेन युधिष्ठिरानीकविदारणम् / Karṇa’s Breach of Yudhiṣṭhira’s Battle-Line
विष्णुश्नात्मा भगवतो भवस्यामिततेजस: । तस्माद् धनुर्ज्यासंस्पर्श न विषेह॒र्हरस्य ते,अमिततेजस्वी भगवान् शंकरके आत्मा हैं विष्णु। अतः वे दैत्य भगवान् शिवके धनुषकी प्रत्यंचा एवं बाणका स्पर्श न सह सके
viṣṇuś cātmā bhagavato bhavasya amitātejasāḥ | tasmād dhanuḥjyāsaṃsparśaṃ na viṣehuḥ harasya te ||
Duryodhana berkata: “Viṣṇu sesungguhnya ialah Diri Sejati Bhagavān Bhava (Śiva) yang bercahaya tiada terhingga. Maka makhluk-makhluk itu tidak mampu menahan sentuhan tali busur dan anak panah Hara (Śiva).”
