Śalya’s Objection to Sārathya and Duryodhana’s Conciliation (शल्यमन्यु-प्रशमनम् / Sārathyāṅgīkāra)

निरुद्धे तत्र मार्गे च शरसंघै: समन्ततः । व्यरोचेतां महात्मानौ कालसूर्याविवोदितौ,बाणोंके समूहसे वहाँ सब ओरका मार्ग अवरुद्ध हो जानेपर वे दोनों महामनस्वी वीर नकुल और कर्ण प्रलयकालमें उदित हुए दो सूर्चोके समान प्रकाशित हो रहे थे

niruddhe tatra mārge ca śarasaṅghaiḥ samantataḥ | vyarocetāṃ mahātmānau kālasūryāv ivoditau ||

Sañjaya berkata: Apabila jalan di situ terhalang sepenuhnya dari segenap arah oleh hujan panah yang rapat, dua pahlawan berhati agung—Nakula dan Karṇa—bersinar laksana dua matahari yang terbit pada saat pralaya, gemilang dan menggerunkan dalam keperwiraan mereka.
