Droṇa’s Fall: Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Inquiry
हरय: कालकाश्षित्राश्चित्रमाल्यविभूषिता: । सुधन्वानं नरव्यात्रं पाउचाल्यं समुदावहन्,काले मस्तकवाले, विचित्र वर्ण तथा विचित्र मालाओंसे विभूषित घोड़े पांचालदेशीय पुरुषसिंह सुधन््वाको लेकर रणभूमिमें उपस्थित हुए
sañjaya uvāca |
harayaḥ kālakāś citramālyavibhūṣitāḥ |
sudhanvānaṃ naravyāghraṃ pāñcālyaṃ samudāvahan ||
Sañjaya berkata: Kuda-kuda berwarna gelap, berkepala hitam, dihiasi kalungan bunga beraneka, membawa Sudhanvan—wira Panchāla, harimau di antara manusia—ke medan perang.
