धेष्टकेतुस्तु चेदीनामृषभो5तिबलोदित:
Dheṣṭaketus tu cedīnām ṛṣabho ’tibalo dyutiḥ.
Sañjaya berkata: Dheṣṭaketu, laksana lembu jantan terunggul dalam kalangan pahlawan Cedi—berkekuatan luar biasa dan bersinar dengan keperkasaan—tampak menonjol dalam susunan perang itu, ditandai oleh gagahnya tenaga dan gemilangnya wibawa tempur.
