रथिनो रथमारुहा प्रद्रुता वेगवत्तरम्

Sañjaya berkata: Para pahlawan kereta perang, setelah menaiki kereta masing-masing, meluru ke hadapan dengan kelajuan yang lebih dahsyat—didorong oleh gelora mendesak peperangan, ketika tekad dan ketergesaan sama-sama menghela manusia menuju dharma yang dipilihnya serta bahaya yang mengintai.
