Adhyāya 110: Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Lament on Fate; Saṃjaya’s Reproof and the Princes’ Assault on Bhīma (द्रोणपर्व, अध्याय ११०)
तस्मिंस्तु निर्जिते राजन् राक्षसेन्द्रे महात्मना । अनादयन् सिंहनादै: पाण्डवा: सर्वतो दिशम्,राजन! महामना भीमसेनके द्वारा राक्षसराज अलम्बुषके पराजित हो जानेपर पाण्डव- सैनिकोंने सम्पूर्ण दिशाओंको अपने सिंहनादोंसे निनादित कर दिया
tasmiṁstu nirjite rājan rākṣasendre mahātmanā | anādayan siṁhanādaiḥ pāṇḍavāḥ sarvato diśam ||
Sañjaya berkata: Wahai Raja, apabila penghulu rākṣasa itu telah ditewaskan oleh wira yang berhati agung, para Pāṇḍava mengaumkan raungan singa hingga bergema ke segala penjuru.
