न व्यूहो भिद्यते तत्र कौरवाणां कथंचन । रक्षित: सत्यसंधेन भारद्वाजेन संयुगे,सत्यप्रतिज्ञ भरद्वाजनन्दन द्रोणाचार्यके द्वारा सुरक्षित होनेके कारण कौरव-सेनाका व्यूह किसी प्रकार भंग न हो सका
na vyūho bhidyate tatra kauravāṇāṁ kathaṁcana | rakṣitaḥ satyasaṁdhena bhāradvājena saṁyuge ||
Sañjaya berkata: Di sana, formasi tempur (vyūha) kaum Kaurava tidak dapat dipecahkan dengan apa cara sekalipun, kerana dalam pertempuran itu ia dijaga oleh Bhāradvāja—Droṇa—yang teguh pada ikrar janjinya.
