आदित्यपथग: केतुस्तस्याद्भुतमनोरम: । शासनात् पुरुहृतस्य निर्मितो विश्वकर्मणा,उनका अद्भुत एवं मनोरम ध्वज सूर्यके पथमें (ऊँचे आकाशमें) फहरा रहा था। इन्द्रके आदेशसे साक्षात् विश्वकर्माने उसका निर्माण किया था
ādityapathagaḥ ketus tasyādbhuta-manoramaḥ | śāsanāt puruhṛtasya nirmito viśvakarmaṇā ||
Sañjaya berkata: “Panji-panjinya—ajaib lagi mempesona—kelihatan berkibar tinggi di langit, seolah-olah mengikuti laluan matahari. Ia ditempa oleh Viśvakarman sendiri, menurut titah Puruhūta (Indra).”
संजय उवाच

Sañjaya describes a warrior’s splendid banner flying high in the sky, emphasizing its extraordinary beauty and its divine origin—crafted by Viśvakarman at Indra’s command—thereby magnifying the warrior’s stature on the battlefield.
